About Stephanie Hofman

In October 2016, we joined forces to create the Hofman Rutman Team at @properties! After honing our skills individually at Coldwell Banker for 8 years, we felt it was time for a change, so we combined our expertise and moved over to @properties, the fastest growing, privately owned real estate agency in the Chicagoland area. The Hallmarks of Our Business We are not simply "salespeople." We are our clients' educators, guides and advocates throughout the entire home buying/selling process. Attention to detail, genuine concern for our clients, unmatched levels of personal service and communication, sharp negotiating skills, thorough and timely market knowledge, personal experience buying and selling our own homes, and the desire to provide the best real estate experiences possible are the characteristics that set us apart from every other agent out there. From our initial conversation through closing (and beyond!), we will show you the highest level of personal attention, professionalism and focus to ensure that your real estate goals are achieved. Background and Experience With over 18 years experience in the fields of marketing, sales and client services, we bring a passion for residential real estate and a client-centric approach to our practice. Stephanie I earned a Master's Degree from Northwestern University in Integrated Marketing Communications after earning my undergraduate degree from Brandeis University, then worked in client services for two different advertising agencies and in pharmaceutical sales for ten years before following my passion into real estate. These invaluable experiences combine to give me a broad base of knowledge and skills essential to being a successful Realtor®. I now reside in Highland Park with my husband, 2 awesome college-aged children and 2 loving Alaskan Malamutes. Erin I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and spent many years in advertising and marketing before going into real estate full time. I reside in Deerfield with my 2 amazing middle school-aged children and beloved pup. We hope to hear from you soon to discuss how we can help you meet your real estate goals! Stephanie & Erin
