About Rich Bassford

Hello! My name is Rich Bassford and I am a full-time Realtor and team lead for The Bassford Team at RE/MAX Concepts in Davenport, IA. I am licensed in both Iowa and Illinois. My team consists of 7 full-time agents and 4 full-time assistants. You can rest assured that you'll always be taken care of! I have over 20 years of experience in real estate that I will put to work for you! I have closed over 3,500 transactions with an average of 36 days on the market. I have been the #1 producing Residential Agent in the Quad Cities in sales volume and sales transactions for the last 3 years in our market. This translates into in-depth community and market knowledge, as well as marketing expertise, and negotiation skills. All of these skills will help you get your home SOLD! I appreciate you taking the time to check out my profile and I look forward to working with you! In addition to selling real estate, I enjoy spending time with my 4 children and my wife, going to concerts, fishing, traveling, and riding my jet ski. In 2013 as a longtime supporter of Children's Miracle Network, I took my love of jet skiing, combined it with my love of traveling and rode my jet ski from Moline, IL to the Gulf of Mexico, a 1,300 mile, six-day trip to raise money for the Children's Miracle Network from generous donors at home and along the way. Then in 2018, my son and I and two friends took to the waterways again, this time traveling from Minneapolis, MN to Mobile, AL, a 1,620-mile, ten-day trip to raise money for the Davenport chapter of the Disabled American Veterans. I look forward to helping you achieve your dream of home ownership or helping you sell your home.
