Mario DiLorenzo II, is currently the Managing Broker of Keller Williams Chicago O'Hare, is one of the top-performing real estate agents in Chicago and surrounding suburbs. With superior knowledge of the real estate market, impeccable service and expert marketing, Mario has built a powerful business in Northwest Chicago and suburbs. Real estate has always been in Mario's blood, who as a young adult worked at RE/MAX Landview, owned by his mother, and performed administrative duties for her. Mario then attended Indiana University, where he majored in Management in the school of Public and Environmental affairs. In 2003 Mario became officially licensed and by 2007 he left RE/MAX to start his own brokerage. "I started Landview in the same location as my mothers office, and kept the Landview name. That was really a tribute to her and all that she has done in this business. She is what guided me and allowed me to become the Realtor that I am today." Mario's career accelerated through a genuine care for his clients and an outstanding attention to detail during the transaction. "I think communication is such an important factor that most agents do not utilize. I approach each client with the care I would hope to receive myself." Always looking for was to improve his business, Mario has continued to master his craft by earning several designations, including an Accredited Distressed Property Representative, EPRO, ABR, and GRI. As a five-year member and current chairman of the Chicago Association of Realtors Grievance Committee for Ethics, Mario prides himself on his integrity. "I am a straight shooter, I am a numbers guy, and I don't like to sugar coat anything. Sometimes that works in my favor and sometimes it doesn't, but I have learned over the years that just telling people what they want to hear is a waste of time." Mario further distinguishes himself through a willingness to work with any market segment of residential real estate. That approach had led to the majority of Mario's business, resulting in repeat business and referrals from friends, family and past clients. "When I first started in the business my sphere of influence and clientele were more or less first-time homebuyers. Fast forward 11 years and most of my clients are move-up buyers purchasing their second or third homes, but I definitely still enjoy working with first-time homebuyers as well." For his efforts Mario has been recognized as a Top Producer (Top 5% of agents in Chicago) in 2012,2013, and 2014. Outside of his career, Mario enjoys spending time with his family, is an avid golfer, coaches his daughter's youth soccer team, plays in a men's soccer league himself, and is a passionate Chicago Bears season ticket holder. Ultimately what Mario loves most about real estate are the relationships he develops with his clients. "Selling and purchasing a home is the most expensive and yet emotional purchase that a person makes. I am honored to be a part of that process.
