I have built and/or rehabbed many North Shore homes and have lived nearly my entire life in this area. My father owned a North Shore real estate office for many years and had a 50+ year career as a North Shore Broker and Appraiser. Throughout my life I have leveraged his experience to increase my own knowledge of all things related to North Shore Real Estate. During the course of selling Hundreds of North Shore homes, I have seen all manner of difficult situations arise and have learned how to handle them. My broad level of experience is unique and invaluable in steering clients successfully through the process. LOYALTY: If there is one characteristic in selecting a Realtor that is even more important than experience, it is loyalty to the client. I place the interests of my client above all else and work to get the best result possible for them while maintaining the highest ethical standards. I constantly ask myself what would I do if I were in my client's situation and advise accordingly. I feel it is important to explain to my customers all the options available to them in any situation and inform them of the possible benefits and risks each course of action has. By having all the relevant information, clients can make the best decision for themselves. DEDICATION AND WORK ETHIC: I love selling real estate and work full time doing it. I will always go the extra mile to get my clients' homes sold. If there is something that needs to be done that can assist the sale process, I get it done. I do not concern myself with whether it is my duty or someone else's job, if it will help the sale get done, I get it done. If my client needs help lining up contractors to get the home looking its best, I will help. If a potential buyer needs help getting a loan, I will find them a loan officer they can work with. I personally get involved in finding solutions to any problem that occurs or task that needs to get done. This dedication has helped me sell many homes with greater speed and made the transaction more harmonious than otherwise would have occurred.
