About Irina Allison

The link to my website I truly love what I do. Real estate isn’t just my career—it’s my passion, my interest, and yes, my favorite hobby. My professional foundation was built in the hospitality industry, where I managed multiple departments across five hotels in the U.S. and led a marketing division at a European hotel for one summer. That experience shaped who I am: service-driven, detail-oriented, and relentlessly focused on people and results. In 2004, I transitioned into real estate, and it felt like coming home. I realized I had finally found exactly what I was meant to do—help people buy and sell residential and commercial properties, and guide investors in building strong, strategic real estate portfolios. After working with a major real estate company, it became clear that this profession perfectly blends my strongest skills: a passion for working closely with clients, a deep understanding of buildings and land, and being a great negotiator. In 2006, I earned my Managing Broker license and launched my own firm. Today, I proudly own and operate APEX Real Estate Brokerage, where I continuously seek innovative, data-driven ways to market and sell residential and commercial properties, connect the right buyers with the right opportunities, and set record-breaking results—such as achieving the highest sold value within a community. I strongly believe that no matter the economy or the market cycle, life doesn’t pause. People relocate, grow families, downsize, change careers, expand businesses, invest, and pursue new chapters—and real estate moves right alongside them. Real estate success depends on three things: adapting quickly, acting decisively, and leading clients with confidence from start to finish.
