About Eric Porter
Eric grew up in Champaign since the age of 3. He has been a full time Real Estate agent for the past 30yrs! Eric knows about all the neighborhoods, price values, and builders in those neighborhoods, where areas flood and a ton more. The internet is great for a basic search and photos but you need real experience when it comes to areas you want your family to live in. You need the insight of growing up here, working in the business and watching neighborhoods grow, through good times and bad. Eric is extremely knowledgeable about the market and the negotiation process. He's also great to work with - courteous, quick to respond, and always was able to answer questions. And by the way, Eric is a great guy and fun to be with. "I LOVE SHOWING OFF MY TOWN!!" Please CALL, TEXT or EMAIL today! Eric W. Porter 217-369-7773 ericwporter@remax.net
