With thirty-four years of real estate experience in Bloomington/Normal, I am a dedicated, full time professional. While keeping informed of current trends and legislation in the industry through seminars, meetings, and self study, I have also earned the Managing Broker designation. I have remained active with the Realtors Political Action Committee through the Illinois Association of Realtors and have also been active in the Technology and MLS Committees for the local board office. Other certification includes the Cendant Mobility Marketing Specialist, the USAA MoversAdvantage Program, Cartus Network Affinity Specialist, and the Quality Service designation. As an active member of the community, I have served as President of the McLean County Heart Association and Chairman of Program Development for the county. I also volunteer for the Children's Advocacy Center, American Red Cross, Muscular Dystrophy, The Baby Fold, the Children's Health Care Council/WJBC Radio Auction, the Alzheimer's Association, March of Dimes, and support Illinois State University Athletics. I have been presented with many awards over the past thirty-four years for my dedication and performance in the real estate profession including Top Ten Buyer Controlled Sales Associate in Illinois and has been awarded the President's Circle and the President's Elite with Coldwell Banker.
